What type of music do you play?
Our playlists are customized to reflect your tastes and style. We have over
20,000 songs and more than 15 genres to choose from, including 50-60-70's,
Motown, 80's, 90's, Jazz, Big Band, Polka, Country, Hip-Hop, all the current Top
40, Easy Listening, Reggae, Classical, and even Show Tunes. There is something
for everyone. Our collection grows daily and we are always happy to search for
something if we don't have it. We have developed a catalog system which will
make your selection process easy and fun!
Will the DJ be properly dressed?
For weddings, our tuxedo clad DJ's will look almost as good as the groomsmen!
For corporate or school events, we will dress to your specifications; from
business casual to formal, and anything in between.
What is included in your price?
Our ‘All Inclusive’ price includes Meetings with your professional Disc Jockey
Entertainer, early set-up of equipment, non-stop music, dance floor lighting all
rolled into a fun, memorable and elegant affair. Early set-up of the equipment
is included as long as the Madison facility will allow it. Your all-inclusive
reception package will have no hidden costs.
Will my DJ do announcements?
In addition to playing music, your DJ will serve as the Master of Ceremonies.
Our DJE's go through training and are comfortable speaking in public. You can
expect us to make impressive introductions, and informative announcements, which
will command the attention of your guests, and keep the event flowing smoothly.
How do I reserve you for my wedding or party date?
Once you have decided to choose Celebrations, give us a call at 608-233-5822 to
lock in your date and we will immediately send you a written agreement. We do
require a deposit, and the balance is due on the day of or prior to your event.
Will the kids at the party have anything to do?
We will entertain all the children at the reception with games, music, and
activities. This will allow the adults to finish dinner while the kids play.
Why is your price higher compared to other DJ's I have called?
When I started the business in 1989, I decided that I would be the best. We
always have fun at every event, and although we enjoy this business
tremendously, I personally feel that paying under $500.00 for a DJ is simply
country road robbery. I believe that there is no way a company that charges so
little can give you the assurances, guarantees and quality that we provide. They
may be perfect for you, and save you some money, but they will never touch our
level of customer service, which is what we are happy to do for you. You may pay
more up front for our services, but in the end, our service far exceeds our
price. We have proof that many ‘cheaper’ dj companies end up costing much more
than we charge. Ask us how.
What if we want overtime?
We love to go overtime! More music means everyone is having a good time. We
always want to make sure the reception facility has given their approval on the
extra time before we say yes. A half-hour notice for an overtime request is
appreciated. Our price is all-inclusive, so overtime will never be a money issue
(only a facility availability issue.) Our all-inclusive package is just that,
all-inclusive. You will not be charged extra if you want to go overtime or end
early.
Can we see you perform at a reception or party before we choose you?
We do not invite potential customers to our clients' private parties. If a company does this for you, they will also do it to you. Additionally, people have differing tastes and styles. The party you see may not be the type of party you would choose.
