At Celebrations Entertainment, we are proud of our music library. We have the best dance and party music from every style and era.
Our dancing music list features the most popular selections from categories like: Slow Songs, Big Band/Swing, Oldies/Motown & Soul, Dance, Disco, Latin, Rock & Roll, Alternative, Reggae and Country. We also carry a variety of group participation dances, like the Chicken Dance, and ethnic dances, like Havah Nagilah. Chances are, we already have your favorite song, even if it's not on our list. If we were to give you a complete music list, it would be a novel. However, if a song you want for your reception is not in our library, we will gladly purchase it.
At Celebrations, we do have standards and there are certain songs we won't play. These are the kind of songs that would not usually be appropriate at a wedding reception anyway. Call us at 608-233-5822 to ask about our musical standards.
Another feature we offer, is our music suggestions for the Ceremony and the Reception Events. Categories include: Seating of the guests, Processional Music for the seating of the Mothers, Processional Music for the Bridesmaids and/or for the Bride, Recessional Music, Grand Entrance Music for the Wedding Party, Grand Entrance Music for the Bride and Groom, First Dance, Father/Daughter - Mother/Son Dance, Parent's Dance, Wedding Party Dance, Longevity Dance, Cake Cutting, Bouquet Toss, Garter Removal and Toss, Last Dance and Finishing Clips. We have over 70 selections for the Wedding Ceremony and over 60 suggestions for reception events. We will be happy to let you listen to these music lists at our first appointment.
Our music library is almost entirely on CD, but we do have the capability to play Mini-Discs and Cassettes if needed. Our latest technical wonder is the power of MP3 technology featured on a computer. With MP3 technology, our performance capabilities are experiencing widening horizons. We will be happy to demonstrate the unique features MP3 technology offers for you at our first appointment. We look forward to hearing from you.
